October 22, 2002HOUSTON -- The American Board of Certification announced that Hugh Ray, an attorney with the Houston, TX law firm Andrews & Kurth L.L.P., has been certified by the organization for ten consecutive years. Mr. Ray was in the first class of attorneys certified by the organization in 1992. This first class consists of eighty-eight attorneys nationwide.
