Rob's project development and project finance experience includes representing sponsors, equity investors, EPC contractors, project companies, off-takers, and lenders in all aspects of the development and financing of windpower projects, power plants, gas gathering systems, pipelines, liquefied natural gas facilities, chemical plants, sports stadiums and other infrastructure projects. He also has broad experience in other domestic and international financing transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers in corporate financings, workouts and various hedging transactions. His structured finance experience includes synthetic leases/construction agency agreements, volumetric production payment financings, commodity prepay financings and receivables securitization transactions. Rob also has represented both buyers and sellers in a variety of merger and acquisition transactions, with particular emphasis on acquisitions and sales of interests in infrastructure projects.
