He was most recently the Managing Partner for the Houston office. Bob practices in all areas of corporate and securities law, including representation of issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities in a variety of industries, mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and foreign), the negotiation and structuring of various corporate and partnership debt financings, and corporate governance. He has particular experience relating to master limited partnerships, the energy services industry, real estate investment trusts, the forest products industry, and special committees of boards of directors.
