He has been actively engaged in the trials of lawsuits for more than 40 years and has handled a wide variety of cases, including disputes involving breach of contract, class actions, construction issues, contested corporate acquisitions, insurance coverage, fraud, products liability (involving chemicals, drugs, asbestos, machinery and aircraft), professional malpractice and securities fraud.
