Additionally, he has represented European, Thai, Japanese, Taiwanese and American banks in relation to general corporate finance transactions, as well as finance leasing, hire purchase, project finance and venture capital transactions and offers English law capability in these fields, as well as in the associated areas of corporate acquisition, disposal, and restructuring.

He is a Senior Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary College, London University and has edited and contributed to a number of publications including International Finance in the 1990s (1994) and Environmental Liability for Banks (1995).
