Patrick’s practice includes a broad range of financing, corporate and real estate transactions. His experience includes the representation of lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions, project financings and commercial loans; buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate; and landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing transactions.
