  • Represented a multilateral lender in connection with its loan to increase the on-lending operations of a Brazilian bank
  • Represented a multilateral lender in connection with its loan to increase the on-lending operations of a Honduran bank to small and medium size enterprises in Honduras, fund general corporate purposes of the Honduran bank and to fund the origination by the Honduran bank of residential mortgage loans
  • Represented a multilateral lender in connection with its loan to restructure a major biofuels Brazilian company’s debt and fund the ethanol production expansion
  • Represented a major Chinese oil and gas company in its bid to purchase oil and gas exploration assets in Peru
  • Represented a major Chinese oil and gas company in its bid to purchase deepwater oil and gas reserves in Angola
