Larry's general commercial and employment law litigation practice in both state and federal courts includes a number of jury, non-jury and arbitration proceedings. It has involved class action cases, mediations and appeals. His special areas of experience include labor and employment, oil and gas, banking, construction, eminent domain, usury, antitrust, products liability, and insurance coverage cases. His administrative law practice includes numerous water rights and water rate cases before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and proceedings before the Railroad Commission of Texas, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

In the labor and employment law area, Larry counsels clients on matters such as those arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act and the National Labor Relations Act. He is currently updating drug-testing policies and sexual and other unlawful harassment supervisor training programs for several clients with nationwide operations. Larry also assesses loss contingencies for clients involved in acquisitions, mergers, investments and lending transactions.
