Kelly's practice focuses on complex business litigation for clients in the public and private sectors.  She has represented public entities and private companies in both federal and state courts on a wide range of matters, including natural resource litigation, accounting malpractice cases, commercial torts, bankruptcy-related litigation, construction disputes, product liability actions, and First Amendment litigation.  In addition to her trial practice, Kelly also has experience with proceedings in the various Texas courts of appeals and the Supreme Court of Texas.
