Joe has extensive experience defending products liability, premises liability, and toxic tort cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. He has developed strategies for defending large numbers of complex cases involving potentially toxic substances such as asbestos, silica, benzene, and mold and has successfully implemented those strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients. He has defended a broad range of clients in toxic tort litigation, including major oil and chemical companies, national retailers, general contractors, and manufacturers of automobiles, boilers, turbines, faucets, and electrical equipment.

In addition to toxic tort litigation, he has experience handling other cases in the area of personal injury and commercial litigation, including FELA, maritime, medical malpractice, DTPA, collections, and contract disputes.
