Jong S. Kim focuses on a broad range of real estate, finance and general business transactions. Her practice includes the representation of commercial mortgage loan originators with an emphasis on structuring, negotiating and documenting complex real estate transactions involving both securitized and non-securitized loans.  Her experience also includes the representation of loan servicers in connection with loan assumptions, modifications and workouts, as well as the representation of property owners with respect to commercial leases, management agreements and purchase and sale agreements.  She is also a certified mediator.
