John dedicates the majority of his practice to bankruptcy and related matters including bankruptcy litigation and out-of-court restructurings throughout the United States. As such, a portion of John’s practice is transaction-based, and further includes commercial litigation. John represents individual creditors (both secured and unsecured), ad hoc creditors’ committees, statutory creditors’ committees, and equity security holders, as well as companies reorganizing under Chapter 11. John’s experience includes the representation of purchasers and sellers of assets, claims and equity interests in distressed and special situations in connection with both strategic and financial investments.
