Jennifer’s experience is concentrated in the areas of real estate, finance and general business transactions, and includes structuring, negotiating and documenting syndicated commercial lending transactions, both secured and unsecured, for both lenders and borrowers.

Jennifer's practice includes experience in:

• real estate financing, with an emphasis on the representation of commercial mortgage loan originators in securitization programs
• representation of loan servicers in connection with loan assumptions, modifications and workouts
• representation of property owners in relation to commercial leases, management agreements, and purchase and sale agreements
• structuring, negotiating and documenting secured and unsecured syndicated commercial lending transactions, and subscription loan facilities, for both lenders and borrowers

Jennifer was named a "Texas Rising Star" in April 2007 by Texas Monthly magazine. Rising Stars are the top up-and-coming Texas attorneys who are 40 or younger or have been in practice for fewer than 10 years. Only 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state were chosen for this honor.
