Jason’s real estate experience includes the representation of buyers and sellers of raw land and income- producing properties, the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leases, the representation of developers of office buildings, retail shopping centers, and residential communities, the representation of lenders and borrowers for real estate acquisition, construction, and term loans, and various other related transactions. He also has a great deal of experience in negotiating hedging agreements, including swaps, ISDA Master Agreements, and Credit Support Annexes.
