Liz's trial and appellate practice includes a broad range of disputes, including premises and product liability, medical malpractice, administrative law, open records proceedings, and general commercial and bankruptcy-related matters. Liz's appellate practice at the state and federal level includes appeals from final judgments, as well as interlocutory appeals and original proceedings.
