Donna Kim is a partner in the firm’s New York office. Donna’s practice has involved negotiating mergers and acquisitions of both public and private companies, representing underwriters in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, and advising clients on a variety of corporate and securities laws matters. More recently, Donna’s experience has also extended to venture capital financing transactions. She has worked on transactions and with clients in a broad spectrum of businesses, including the energy, telecommunications, shipping, healthcare and other industries. Donna is also involved in the firm’s diversity-related activities, including representing the firm at the 2008 NAPABA Convention (National Asian Pacific American Bar Association) to be held in Seattle in November 2008.
