David also advises clients on general corporate and securities matters, as well as the structuring of bankruptcy-triggered puts and other hedging vehicles designed for credit default protection. David is an active participant in the Cross-Border Working Group of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association which is engaged in a joint effort with the Loan Market Association to review and improve documentation for cross-border bank debt transactions. In addition, David has experience with representation of institutions in the purchase and sale of commercial mortgage loans and real estate portfolios.
