Darla’s practice focuses on civil commercial litigation. In her broad-based commercial practice, she has litigated cases in both state and federal court and has arbitrated cases with several arbitration services. Darla has represented manufacturers, major credit card companies, and lenders. As part of her practice, Darla has litigated or arbitrated cases involving contract disputes, business torts, securities fraud, defaulted promissory notes and guaranties, and consumer disputes. She has also represented clients in actions to compel arbitration, and to enforce judgments and arbitration awards.
