Summer clerks have the opportunity to spend their summer divided among two practice areas that are selected according to the clerk's interests and our hiring needs. Designated partner and associate mentors are responsible for choosing and evaluating the clerk's assignments; additionally, each clerk has the opportunity to work with other attorneys in his or her practice area. Clerks are involved in client meetings, negotiations, drafting sessions, depositions, trials and closings.
