Our Los Angeles office was established in 1988. The office handles a variety of matters, with particular emphasis on litigation, bankruptcy, environmental, labor and employment, real estate and real estate financing. In addition, as part of a national firm, the attorneys of the Los Angeles office have access to and regularly call upon the resources of the firm's other offices and attorneys in matters involving taxation, corporate securities and corporate transactions, labor and employment, energy and international law.
